We took the Nero d'Avola wine tasting tour with Dominic. We went to two wineries and tasted about 15 different wines total and had a huge meal and a snack afterwards! The wineries were totally different from each other, so we felt like we got a good sense of the region and the wines made. At both we toured the vineyards and the cellars. Dominic was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and provided so much information. He spoke perfect English and answered my many questions. Everything ran right on time. Can't recommend highly enough!

We had the best experience due to using SunnySicily! First of all from the very beginning, I had outstanding correspondence through Claire! She was responsive and professional in all of our emails. Our driver, Dominic, was so professional, knowledgeable and kind. He spoke fluent English which helped us so much in my quest to seek information records on my Great Grandfather from Librizzi Sicily. When we went to the first town, it was not where he was from s But he was able to get the next town in which we were successful! We then rode with Dominic the next day to a winery and to Savoca. Again he picked us up, professional and very nice. We felt like VIPs! I would highly recommend SunnySicily if you need a driver for your visit to Sicily!

Leave the driving to Sunny Sicily and sit back and relax. When planning our trip we debated about hiring a car or paying for drivers. The best decision we made was leaving the driving to Sunny Sicily. We were driven from our hotel in Palermo, To Syracusa, and then from Syracuse to Taormina and then from Termina to Catania airport. Both of our drivers were amazing. Were wonderful English speakers arrived on time with impeccable cars and were very good and safe drivers. Sunny Sicily even made lunch reservations for us at one of our best meals as a stop over. Don’t think twice book Sunny Sicily for all your driving!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with SunnySicily. The drivers were very professional, punctual, and kind. The vehicles were great. Their management went above and beyond. They realized that I had incorrectly booked the time of one of our rides, and thus we would have potentially missed our departure flight, and proactively reached out to us to adjust times to make sure our travel home didn’t result in disaster. Despite it being late in the evening, Claire helped coordinate with the driver to make sure we were all set. They really went above and beyond to make sure that our trip went smoothly. I can’t recommend this company enough!

It is hard to detail the incredible experience I had in Sicily. I traveled there due to the myriad of historical and archaeological sites and expected to visit many of them. But I was truly amazed at the quality of the trip, based on one person, my tour guide, Paolo Gallo. Paolo an owner of Sunny Sicily was so well versed in Sicilian history, gastronomy, archaeology, sociology, viniculture and politics of the region that every trip in his Mercedes van was an independent education. I truly understood the sites I visited, the foods I ate, the wines I drank and a general overview of Sicily an under rated and poorly understood region of Italy. It was a fascinating trip because Paolo truly loves his homeland and expressed his vast knowledge in perfect English. I felt totally safe and looked forward to this charming tour guide every day of my trip. Sicily is a fantastic place to visit... I am looking forward to a return trip with my husband and to again visit it with Paolo, Sicily's finest ambassador.

Angela who books the trips is lovely to work with and our guide for our day trip to Siracusa and Noto from Taormina was Sebastien. He was not only an excellent driver with a beautiful Mercedes, he was full of knowledge and enthusiasm for the sights which we saw. Noto is a gem, a world UNESCO site and full of wonderful baroque architecture. Siracusa has the amazing archaeological park.... well worth visiting.
Sebastien was extremely generous with his time, we never felt rushed. We were able to relax while he negotiated traffic, parking etc. and we hope to next year, do another tour with this excellent company. Thanks so much!

My family of five just experienced the best of Sicily in the amazing hands of Patrick Gallo. We have traveled to Italy a number of times but we have never had a driver, but for this trip we wanted to see all the sights. Patrick was so kind, informative, funny and smart. He shared his passion and love of the island with us and we are all in a post-vacation funk because it was all too good to be true.
