Sunny Sicily!!! The following detailed description of our Sicilian adventure would be very different without the outstanding caring, professionalism and attention to detail of Sunny Sicily. Marcello provided the planning and leadership and the flawless execution by our driver/tour guide Patrick resulted in a truly extraordinary trip! The communication between the leadership and our professional driver was exceptional! We never felt stranded or alone as we have before during foreign travel adventures with lesser companies. Marcello provided his contact information for our convenience while in country, and his response time was shockingly fast! Imagine getting a message at 5:00am to ensure that our transfer to the airport at the conclusion of our trip was successful! Above and beyond any expectation and greatly appreciated! We have used other driver services on international travel in the past, so our expectations were low. Sunny Sicily has set the bar as the “new standard of performance” and what can be enjoyed when supported by a truly professional company while travelling abroad. Language can be a serious barrier to enjoyment of any travel in a foreign country. Not with Sunny Sicily! Marcello’s communication skills and reliability are truly extraordinary. Text messages answered in minutes, with accurate and effective answers, not excuses, and constantly asking for feedback with every interaction. His kind words and genuine caring gave us confidence that our drivers would be there for us as promised… And as promised, Marcello’s drivers were skilled, safe, knowledgeable, and that he (Marcello) was there for us in the event of any changes and heaven forbid, an emergency. One of the true benefits of local knowledge is the recommendations of tour guides. We enjoyed professional guides in every location we visited endorsed by Sunny Sicily and Marcello. Without exception, these were the most professional, personable, entertaining and knowledgeable guides we have ever experienced! Every tour/excursion was enjoyable to the point that we were sad when they concluded. It is true that friendships can develop in mere hours…Marcellos’s guide recommendations are proof of this! Lastly regarding Sunny Sicily, our trip would have been of much less enjoyable, and dangerous, without the daily “Buongiorno” and happy, inviting, and welcoming smile from our tour guide/driver and new friend Patrick !!! During our trip to Sicily, we used the car service and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The coordinator was attentive and efficient from start to finish, handling every detail with great care. Communication was always smooth, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful assistance throughout the journey, which gave us a strong sense of trust. Our driver was also very kind and drove safely, allowing us to travel comfortably and without stress. We had a very good experience of winery visits and olive oil production visits with SunnySicily company. The pre-agreed itinerary was followed-up precisely, cars/vans were in good condition, drivers were all kind and trained, with good level of English.

Sunny Sicily provided us with a first rate transfer from Taormina to Palermo with stopovers at the Tindari archeological park and beach town Cefalu. I am just back from 10 days in Sicily and it was a fabulously planned trip from start to finish - all done by Sunny Sicily. I have been to Italy many times but this may have been my favorite. We visited Siracusa, Taormina and Palermo. We did cooking classes, wine tastings , guided tours of ancient sights and ate wonderful food. I hope to return with the rest of my family and I will add at least one boating excursion in addition to all the other great adventures. Drivers, guides, cooking classes, wine tastings were all 1st class. I can honestly say I would not change a thing. This needs to be on everyone’s list for places to visit!

Absolutely Incredible Experience with Sunny Sicily. I hired them to take my wife and I from the Port of Messina to the towns where my great-great grandparents are from. Torremuzza & Termini Imerese. Our driver, Pierpaolo was as professional as can be. We were with him for 7 hours and we enjoyed the conversations immensely. We stopped at a small coffee shop in Torremuzza, called Bar Ciardo owned by Antonino Ciardo and having Pierpaolo as our interpreter we found out Antonino's mother's last name is the same as my great-great grandmother's. Small world. Anyway, I can not say enough about the service provided by Pierpaolo and am highly recommending them for anybody looking for the same experience we had. We had an excellent day! Our driver was very courteous and attentive. Our guide was very knowledgeable and shared this knowledge in an entertaining, engaging and informative way. We visited many sites specific to Inspector Montalbano, which we were really thrilled with, but also additional sites in Ragusa and Modica. The day was long, but the pace was just right. We've made some wonderful memories- thank you!

We arranged a transfer from Taormina to Palermo with some winery stops along the way. Our driver Dominic was great and the company arranged everything. We wanted to do a winery around Mt Etna and then another one more in the center of Sicily so we could see more of the island on our drive. They contacted the wineries to set it up and everything was amazing. Picked up in Taormina around 10am, stopped at 2 wineries and were dropped off in Palermo around 6:30 pm

The Godfather tour was awesome. Definitely recommend using this tour company. Our drive and guide, Salvatore, was knowledgeable, professional, and so very helpful. The pickup and drop off at our hotel made the tour stress free.

Wonderfully planned trip to Siracusa, Taormina and Palermo. Great guides, fabulous cooking classes in 3 different and incredible settings and visits to two vineyards with wine tastings. Charming towns with great restaurants and shops as well as ancient ruins - something for everyone. I was traveling with friends but plan to bring my family back soon. I would not change anything but will add a boating excursion. You have not fully experienced Italy without coming to Sicily. Sunny Sicily was the most accommodating travel company I have ever dealt with. Highly recommend them….10 stars!!!
